Club Bridgefield Licence Termination Update

Thank you to Owners Corporation (OC) members who participated in the voting process.

We can confirm that all eligible OCs have now formally resolved to terminate their respective Club Bridgefield Licence Agreements.

On 19 July, OC PS742688S completed the statutory petition period, with no valid petition received. As a result, the Interim Special Resolution became a Special Resolution and is effective.

As mentioned, this means The Club Bridgefield licence termination process has now concluded across all OCs.

What happens next?

The licence termination process is now completed for each OC and as of midnight tomorrow evening, 24 July 2026, access to Club Bridgefield will cease in accordance with each Owners Corporation's licence termination arrangements.

This marks the official closure of Club Bridgefield.
